New medical equipment purchased

The CUFC Lottery was pleased to purchase two items of emergency medical equipment for use around the Abbey Stadium recently.

The first item was an emergency stretcher at a cost of £399.00. This will be stored in the Medical Room under the Control Room. The second item was a robust wheelchair at a cost of £299.00. The wheelchair is fitted with wide tyres to cope with the pitch-side mud, and this will also be kept in the Medical Room. The wheelchair was a timely purchase as it has already been used several times to assist with medical incidents in and around the ground.

With the continuing support of existing and new subscribers, it is fantastic to see such worthy purchases being made for the Football Club.
