CUFC Lottery provides four sets of wheelchair guards

The Cambridge United Lottery purchased four sets of wheelchair guards painted in Amber and Black with universal fittings. This will ensure that the Cambridge United Power Wheelchair Footballers are able to play the beautiful game and practise their skills safely in the knowledge that their valuable power chairs have some degree of protection. The instigator and driving force behind the purchase was Phil Mullen, Disability Sports Officer for the Cambridge United Community Trust.

The cost was approximately £1,300.00.
